E-Staff should be known
as the "Shriners Front" by means of connection To Promote
Shrinedom to the Public and the Masonic Bodies. By Building Web Sites
with information across the World Wide Web for each individual Shrine
Unit and Shrine Activity Functions.
Each Member of E-Staff will play an Important Roll of the Future of The
Unit they are assign to. An E-Staff Member does not have to be a
webmaster But needs to have knowledge of sending Email and have Internet
access. Each E-Staff Member must take on the Responsibility for His
Units Information to be put in his Units Web Page.. An E-Staff Member
must do everything he can to see that his units web page will bring out
the Best of Bringing in the New Shriners for that Unit.. It is
Recommended that at least one person in Each unit becomes an E-Staff
Member and it is Further Recommended that the E-Staff Member to be able
to go to any Parties or Business Functions at No charge of their unit,
anything else the E-Staff Member must Pay for…"Food, ect…"
Because of this he is There not only for Fun But for Work in Bringing
the Highlights, Photos and Updates to That Units Web Page for the
Interest of Promoting Shrine and Shrine Hospitals to the Public
Throughout the Masonic Beening.
Before a Brother becomes a New Shriner He already has seen most of what
is going on in each Unit and can speed up the Process of joining a Unit
by what he sees on the Hella Shriners Web Page… This is the work Done
By E-Staff Members…

Classes can be held to educate social groups… Development to Help
those of interest To Learn how to operate the Computer as well as learn
the general Internet and Email operation.
Even those who know nothing about Computers knows its the Future and
that the Future is here..

Classes can be held to educate those Shriners who want to learn how to
become webmasters.
This would also be a great way to bring more members into Hella Shrine,
as there are lots of Master Masons who want to be webmasters and would
come to the Hella Shrine for this interest and fellowship..
This Unit could spread to other Temples servicing throughout North
America.
