PARADE
COMMITTEE The Hella Parade Committee is a unit of the Hella Shrine consisting of a Parade Marshall, President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and other members. The Marshall is a member of the divan and communicates with the Potentate on all the parades and special events. This office is filled by appointment of the Potentate. The President's office communicates with the Marshall and lines up the units who attend the parades. We receive requests to appear or perform at special events, parades, Christmas programs, rodeos, spring fests and many other such events. The President and members of the Parade Committee assign motor and walking units spaces in parade line-ups, as well as line-up times and locations. We have a Parade Trailer which our unit members and their ladies ride on. The trailer is always the last Hella unit in the parades. We have called meetings two to three times yearly, or when the Marshall deems it necessary. You may become a member of the Parade Committee and still be a members of other units also. We are always happy to enlist new members.
